1 light green top plasma gel tube or 1 gold top serum gel tube. Send 2.0 mL (minimum volume 1.0 mL) plasma or serum refrigerated. Plain serum or plasma tubes are acceptable.
Write dose and time of draw on the requisition.
Draw 4 days after beginning treatment.
Trough: Draw immediately prior to next dose.
Peak: Draw 1-4 hours after last dose (influenced by meals)
