Specimen Required:

1 gold top serum gel tube or 1 green top plasma gel tube (minimum 1.0 ml serum or plasma).  Centrifuge as soon as possible.  Keep specimen capped.  1 red top serum tube is acceptable if centrifued and separated as soon as possible.
Note:  After separation from cells, keep capped.

Do not use alcohol as a disinfectant when procuring specimen.
